The taste of Naples, a little closer to home.Our Neapolitan pizzas are made with the finest authentic ingredients – ’00’ flour and Campania tomatoes from Italy – and have a perfectly soft, moist centre with a thin, crisp, slightly charred crust. Cooked in a bell oven from Italy, our pizzas are prepared the same way as in Naples, and eaten ‘a libretto’ – folded like a book.
